Teriyaki Soy Sauce

Teriyaki Soy Sauce is a rich and sweet all-purpose seasoning. This is all you need to make teriyaki, donburi or sukiyaki.

Ingredients (2 servings)

200g sliced beef
150g firm tofu
100g shungiku or napa cabbage
30g shiitake mushrooms
100g naganegi (Japanese long onion) or scallions
200g shirataki noodles
A
200ml Teriyaki Soy Sauce
200ml water
2 pasteurized eggs, beaten (for dipping)
Vegetable oil, as needed

Directions

Cut beef, tofu and shungiku into desired sizes.

Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms. Slice naganegi diagonally.

Parboil shirataki noodles, then cut into desired lengths.

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the beef. Add (A), (2), (3), shungiku, tofu and simmer.

Serve with beaten egg for dipping.
