Teriyaki Soy Sauce

Teriyaki Soy Sauce is a rich and sweet all-purpose seasoning. This is all you need to make teriyaki, donburi or sukiyaki.

Ingredients (18cm meatloaf pan)

3 hard-boiled eggs
60g carrots, diced
30g peas
A
400g ground beef
5 tbsp Teriyaki Soy Sauce
1 tsp ginger juice
2 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp beaten egg
Baby leaves, as needed

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200℃/400℉.

Mix (A), carrots and peas in a bowl. Evenly distribute 1/3 of the meat mixture into a greased meatloaf pan. Lay eggs in a line in the middle. Cover the eggs with the rest of the meat mixture and form it into a loaf shape.

Bake for about 30 minutes. Once cooked, remove it from the oven and let it sit and rest. Cut it into slices and serve with baby leaves.
