Teriyaki Soy Sauce
Teriyaki Soy Sauce is a rich and sweet all-purpose seasoning. This is all you need to make teriyaki, donburi or sukiyaki.
Pat the fish dry with a paper towel. Marinate in Teriyaki Soy Sauce for about 20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan. Lay the fish skin-side down and cook both sides.
Once cooked, add remaining marinade and toss to coat.
Serve on a plate with watercress leaves.
