Grilled Sausage with Potatoes

Teriyaki Soy Sauce

Teriyaki Soy Sauce is a rich and sweet all-purpose seasoning. This is all you need to make teriyaki, donburi or sukiyaki.

Ingredients (2 servings)

300g potato, diced
40g hot dogs, cut diagonally
50g onion, cut into wedges
2 tbsp Teriyaki Soy Sauce
30g shredded cheese
Chopped curly parsley, as needed
Vegetable oil, as needed

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180℃/360℉

Boil potatoes in a pot until tender.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté potatoes, sausages and onions. Once cooked, add Teriyaki Soy Sauce and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Transfer (3) to an oiled casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake until the top is browned. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve.
