Teriyaki Soy Sauce

Teriyaki Soy Sauce is a rich and sweet all-purpose seasoning. This is all you need to make teriyaki, donburi or sukiyaki.

Ingredients (2 servings)

200g thinly sliced pork, cut into bite-sized pieces
100g Japanese sweet potato, cut into chunks
50g shimeji mushrooms, stemmed and separated
3 tbsp Teriyaki Soy Sauce
Sesame seeds, optional
Vegetable oil, as needed

Directions

Soak sweet potato pieces in the water and drain well.

Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry pork until browned. Add sweet potatoes and shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry. Cover and steam on low heat for about 5 minutes. Mix in Teriyaki Soy Sauce.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds (optional).
