Teriyaki Soy Sauce

Teriyaki Soy Sauce is a rich and sweet all-purpose seasoning. This is all you need to make teriyaki, donburi or sukiyaki.

Ingredients

200g (around 1 thigh) boneless chicken thigh
A
1 tbsp Teriyaki Soy Sauce
1/2 egg
4 tbsp katakuriko (potato starch)
Frying oil, as needed

Directions

Mix A together (Teriyaki Soy Sauce, egg and Katakuriko).

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Place the chicken from step 2 into the A mixture from step 1. Marinate for around 10 minutes. Deep fry at medium temperature.
