Easy Dishes! Japanese-style Beef Steak
Teriyaki Soy Sauce

Teriyaki Soy Sauce

Teriyaki Soy Sauce is a rich and sweet all-purpose seasoning. This is all you need to make teriyaki, donburi or sukiyaki.

Ingredients

150g beef (steak cut)
2.5g (around 1/2 clove) fresh garlic
50g (around 1/4 of a packet) bean sprouts
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Teriyaki Soy Sauce
Vegetable oil, as appropriate

Directions

Cut garlic clove into thin slices.

Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil and garlic in a frying pan. When aroma rises, remove the garlic.

Add the meat to the frying pan and pan-fry. Plate.

Add A (butter and Teriyaki Soy Sauce) to the frying pan from step 4. Allow the butter to melt and reduce the sauce slightly. Pour over the steak and garnish with the sautéed garlic from step 3.

Place the bean sprouts into the frying pan from step 5 and sauté. Add next to the steak
