Stuffed and Rolled Pork with Cheese and Asparagus

Teriyaki Soy Sauce

Teriyaki Soy Sauce is a rich and sweet all-purpose seasoning. This is all you need to make teriyaki, donburi or sukiyaki.

Ingredients (2 servings)

8 thinly sliced pork slices
100g asparagus, peeled and stemmed
50g carrot
60g mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tbsp Teriyaki Soy Sauce
Salt, small amount
Ground black pepper, small amount
Flour, as needed
2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions

Cut asparagus, cheese and carrot into 1.5”(4cm)-long sticks.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the pork. Place (1) and roll into a tight spiral. Dredge rolls in flour.

Heat the oil in a pan. Cook (2) with seam-side down. Once both sides are browned, cover and steam on low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add Teriyaki Soy Sauce in the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens while turning the rolled pork.
