Teriyaki Soy Sauce

Teriyaki Soy Sauce is a rich and sweet all-purpose seasoning. This is all you need to make teriyaki, donburi or sukiyaki.

Ingredients (2 servings)

100g sliced beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
50g carrot, cut into bite-sized pieces
100g onion, cut into wedges
300g potatoes, quartered
12g snow peas, trimmed (about 4)

4 ml Teriyaki Soy Sauce
12 ml water
Vegetable oil, as needed
Salt (for boiling), as needed

Directions

Soak potatoes in the water and drain well.

Boil snow peas in salted water. Cut them in half diagonally.

Heat the oil in a pot. Stir-fry carrots, onions and (1). Add beef and (A) and place a drop lid on top, then reduce liquid.

Serve (3) in a bowl and garnish with snow peas.
