Teriyaki Soy Sauce

Teriyaki Soy Sauce is a rich and sweet all-purpose seasoning. This is all you need to make teriyaki, donburi or sukiyaki.

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 servings cooked rice
150g thinly sliced beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
100g onion, thinly sliced

80ml Teriyaki Soy Sauce
80ml water
Beni shoga (red pickled ginger), optional

Directions

Bring (A) to a boil in a pot. Add beef and onion. Simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

Divide rice between 2 bowls. Top with (1) and beni shoga, if desired.
