This product contains 30% less salt than Dashi Soy Sauce, while maintaining the umami, aroma and convenience.

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 filets (about 200g) sea bream
100g cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces
50g onion, sliced into rings
Lemon slices, as needed
2 tbsp sake
Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce, as needed

Directions

Pat dry sea bream fillets with paper towels.

Arrange cabbage and onion slices in a microwave-safe dish. Top with (1) and sliced lemon slices and sprinkle with sake. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for about 5 minutes.

Serve on a plate and drizzle Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce.
