Ingredients (2 servings)

260g atsuage (thick deep-fried tofu)
30g shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped green onions, as needed
Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce, to taste

Directions

Heat a pan and cook atsuage until browned on both sides.

Place cheese on top. Cover and steam until cheese melts over low heat.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle green onions. Drizzle Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce.
