Ingredients (2 servings)

3 eggs
50g mozzarella cheese, diced
30g cherry tomatoes, diced
30g mushrooms, thinly sliced
Fresh basil, as needed

1 tbsp Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
2 tbsp milk
Vegetable oil, as needed

Directions

Mix the beaten eggs and (A) in a bowl.

Heat the oil in a small pan. Pour (1) and stir with chopsticks. When it is half-cooked, place cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms and basil on top. Cover and steam over low heat.
