This product contains 30% less salt than Dashi Soy Sauce, while maintaining the umami, aroma and convenience.

Ingredients (2 Servings)

200g (1/2lb) pumpkin
20g walnuts, chopped
A
2 tsp Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
1 tbsp mayonnaise
20g raisins
Salt, as needed
Ground black pepper, as needed
Flat - leaf parsley, optional

Directions

Peel pumpkin, scrape out the seeds, cut it into small cubes. Put them in the microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap and cook until tender for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Mash pumpkin until smooth. Add walnuts and (A) and mix. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve in a bowl, flat leaf parsley to garnish (optional).

Spoon mash into a bowl and top with chopped flat-leaf parsley (optional).
