This product contains 30% less salt than Dashi Soy Sauce, while maintaining the umami, aroma and convenience.

Ingredients

200g nagaimo (mountain yam), cut into 0.4inch (1cm) length
Shredded seaweed, as needed
1 tbsp Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
Shiso leaves, optional
10g butter

Directions

Heat butter in a pan and sauté yam pieces. Once both sides are browned, add Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce and coat the yam pieces.

Arrange shiso leaves on a plate. Top with (1), and sprinkle seaweed.
