Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce 200㎖

This product contains 30% less salt than Dashi Soy Sauce, while maintaining the umami, aroma and convenience.

Ingredients (2 servings)

120g shrimps, peeled and deveined
50g naganegi, cut diagonally
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
Salt (for preparing shrimps), as needed

Directions

Sprinkle salt on shrimps and rub them lightly. Rinse with water and pat dry.

Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a pan. Make scrambled eggs and remove from pan.

Heat the remaining oil in the same pan and stir fry (1) until it turns pink. Add naganegi and Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce and stir-fry for more. Return (2) and mix.
