Ingredients (2 servings)

100g mizuna or komatsuna, cut into 2in(5cm) lengths
40g aburaage (fried tofu)

1 tbsp Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
100ml water

Directions

To remove oil from aburaage, lightly boil for 1 to 2 minutes. Then, cut into strips.

Bring A to a boil in a pot and add ①. Once boied, add mizuna and give it a quick boil.
