Ponzu Soy Sauce
We added plenty of select Japanese citrus fruit to our authentic brewed soy sauce. The well-defined tart flavor goes perfectly with shabu shabu, hot pot, steak and gyoza.
Dip a wrapper in a bowl of warm water for few seconds. Remove and lay it flat on a dampened cutting board. Repeat for remaining wrappers.
Place lettuce, shrimps, carrot, red cabbage and cilantro leaves in order. Add cream cheese, if desired. Roll the wrapper tightly. Cut in half and serve on a plate with Ponzu Soy Sauce.
