Ponzu Soy Sauce
We added plenty of select Japanese citrus fruit to our authentic brewed soy sauce. The well-defined tart flavor goes perfectly with shabu shabu, hot pot, steak and gyoza.
Cut off the roots from the daikon radish sprouts.
Bring (A) to a boil in a pot. Add chicken wings and boiled eggs. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
Serve on a plate topped with daikon radish sprouts (optional).
