Ponzu Soy Sauce

We added plenty of select Japanese citrus fruit to our authentic brewed soy sauce. The well-defined tart flavor goes perfectly with shabu shabu, hot pot, steak and gyoza.

Ingredients

100g (around 1 cucumber) cucumber
50g fresh Wakame seaweed
50g octopus (boiled)
2 tbsp Ponzu Soy Sauce

Directions

Slice cucumbers into thin rings, and cut the octopus and fresh Wakame seaweed into bite-sized pieces.

Dress the cucumbers, octopus and fresh Wakame seaweed from step 1 with Ponzu Soy Sauce.
