Ponzu Soy Sauce

We added plenty of select Japanese citrus fruit to our authentic brewed soy sauce. The well-defined tart flavor goes perfectly with shabu shabu, hot pot, steak and gyoza.

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 servings cooked rice
200g cabbage, cut into small pieces
2 fillets (about 200g) salmon, cut into small pieces
Salt and pepper, as needed
Chopped scallions, as needed
1 tbsp Ponzu Soy Sauce
10g butter
2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions

Season salmon with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté (1) until both sides are browned.

Add cabbage and cook for few more minutes. Add butter and Ponzu Soy Sauce and cook for few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the fish.

Fill two bowls with rice. Add (3) and sprinkle scallions on top.
