Ponzu Soy Sauce

We added plenty of select Japanese citrus fruit to our authentic brewed soy sauce. The well-defined tart flavor goes perfectly with shabu shabu, hot pot, steak and gyoza.

Ingredients (2 servings)

100g clams, scrubbed and purged
100g sliced pork loin, cut into bite-sized pieces
100g cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces
A
2 tbsp Ponzu Soy Sauce
1 tsp sake
Salt (for purging clams), as needed

Directions

Place cabbage, clams and pork in a microwave-safe dish and pour (A).

Cover and cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes until all the shells have opened.
