Salad Dressing

Our oil-free Salad Dressing is made from wine vinegar and yuzu citrus juice. The mellow aroma with a hint of black pepper stimulates your palate. Use it to dress any salad or steamed vegetables.

Ingredients (2 servings)

200g spinach
40g bacon, cut into small rectangles
2 eggs
Salad Dressing, as needed
Grated parmesan cheese, as needed
Salt (for boiling spinach), as needed

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 ℉ (190 ℃).

Boil spinach in salted water, then rinse in cold water. Squeeze out the excess water and cut into 1.5in. pieces.

Portion out the spinach and bacon into each of the cocotte and crack an egg directly in the center.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Drizzle Salad Dressing and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
