Salad Dressing

Our oil-free Salad Dressing is made from wine vinegar and yuzu citrus juice. The mellow aroma with a hint of black pepper stimulates your palate. Use it to dress any salad or steamed vegetables.

Ingredients (2 servings)

120g asparagus, ends trimmed
50g red onion, thinly sliced
1 hard-boiled egg
Salad Dressing, as needed
Salt, as needed

Directions

Boil asparagus in the salted water.

Soak sliced onions in the water and drain well.

Separate egg yolks from the hard-boiled eggs.

Arrange asparagus, onions, diced egg whites and sieved egg yolks in order on a plate. Drizzle with Salad Dressing.
