Pork and Soy Beans Cooked in a Tomato Sauce

Salad Dressing

Our oil-free Salad Dressing is made from wine vinegar and yuzu citrus juice. The mellow aroma with a hint of black pepper stimulates your palate. Use it to dress any salad or steamed vegetables.

Ingredients

200g pork (loin)
100g canned soy beans
400g (around 2 tomatoes) fresh tomato
100g (around 1/2 an onion) onion
50ml Salad Dressing
Flour, as desired
Vegetable oil, as needed
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Flat-leaf parsley, as desired

Directions

Season the pork with salt and pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces and coat with flour.

Cut tomatoes coarsely and onion into thin slices.

Drain canned soy beans using a strainer.

Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the surface of the pork from step 1.

Add the tomatoes and onion from step 2 into the frying pan from step 4, and sauté over low heat until tender.

Add Salad Dressing to the frying pan from step 5, stir in the soybeans from step 3 and braise for around 10 minutes.

Garnish with flat-leaf parsley and serve.
