Salad Dressing

Our oil-free Salad Dressing is made from wine vinegar and yuzu citrus juice. The mellow aroma with a hint of black pepper stimulates your palate. Use it to dress any salad or steamed vegetables.

Ingredients (2 Servings)

100g sashimi-grade salmon
50g (around 1/4) onion, thinly sliced
Baby leaves of your choice, as needed
2 tbsp Salad Dressing
Pink peppercorns or capers (drained), optional

Directions

Cut salmon into thin slices.

Soak onion slices in the water and drain well.

Arrange salmon and onions on a plate with baby leaves on top. Dress with Salad Dressing.

Sprinkle pink peppercorns or capers on top (optional).
