Chili Dashi Soy Sauce

Chili Dashi Soy Sauce is an amazing blend of brewed soy sauce, dashi, miso, doubanjiang and chilies. Get your taste buds ready for a wonderful kick of spice in your soy sauce.

Ingredients

2 servings cooked rice
50g carrot, shredded
30g green onion, cut into 4cm/1.57in length
100g bean sprouts
A
1 tbsp Chili Dashi Soy Sauce
Roasted sesame seeds, as needed
2 tsp sesame oil
150g ground beef
1 tbsp Chili Dashi Soy Sauce
2 onsen tamago (slow-cooked eggs)
Chili threads, as needed
Sesame oil, as needed

Directions

Put vegetables in the microwave safe dish. Over loosely with plastic wrap and cook for few minutes. Once cooled, squeeze off excess water.

Mix (1) and (A) in a bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a pan. Cook ground beef and season with Chili Dashi Soy Sauce until the juice runs out.

Serve rice, (2), (3), onsen tamago and chili threads in order on a bowl.
