Chili Dashi Soy Sauce

Chili Dashi Soy Sauce is an amazing blend of brewed soy sauce, dashi, miso, doubanjiang and chilies. Get your taste buds ready for a wonderful kick of spice in your soy sauce.

Ingredients (2 servings)

50g shimeji mushrooms, stemmed
50g enoki mushrooms, stemmed
30g shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and sliced
50g firm tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces

60ml Chili Dashi Soy Sauce
270ml water
Potato starch mixture
1 tsp potato or corn starch
1 tsp water
Chopped scallions
optional

Directions

Tear shimeji and enoki mushrooms into small bite-sized bundles. Cut enoki mushrooms in half length..

Bring (A) to a boil in a pot. Add mushrooms and tofu. Once cooked, add potato starch mixture and stir until thickened.

Serve in a bowl and top with chopped scallions, if desired.
