Chili Dashi Soy Sauce

Chili Dashi Soy Sauce is an amazing blend of brewed soy sauce, dashi, miso, doubanjiang and chilies. Get your taste buds ready for a wonderful kick of spice in your soy sauce.

Ingredients (2 Servings)

300g silken tofu, diced
100g ground pork
5g ginger, minced
25g leek, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
Chopped scallions, optional

3 tbsp Chili Dashi Soy Sauce
2 tsp corn starch
100ml water
Sesame oil, as needed

Directions

Heat sesame oil, ginger, leek and garlic in a pan on law heat until fragrant. Add ground pork and stir fry on medium heat.

Once it is cooked, add (A) and simmer until thickened. Add tofu and cook for about 2 more minutes.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle chopped scallions, if desired.
