Chili Dashi Soy Sauce

Chili Dashi Soy Sauce is an amazing blend of brewed soy sauce, dashi, miso, doubanjiang and chilies. Get your taste buds ready for a wonderful kick of spice in your soy sauce.

Ingredients (2 Servings)

100g cucumber
2 tbsp Chili Dashi Soy Sauce
Sesame seeds, optional
Shredded chili pepper, optional
Salt (for rubbing cucumber), as needed

Directions

Cut cucumber into thin sticks, sprinkle salt and set aside. Wipe off excess water.

Rub the cucumber sticks with Chili Dashi Soy Sauce in a bowl. Pickle for about an hour in a refrigerator.

Serve on a small bowl and top with sesame seed and few strips of shredded chili pepper, if desired.
