Chili Dashi Soy Sauce

Chili Dashi Soy Sauce is an amazing blend of brewed soy sauce, dashi, miso, doubanjiang and chilies. Get your taste buds ready for a wonderful kick of spice in your soy sauce.

Ingredients (2 servings)

50g green onions, cut into 3cm/1.18in length
50g onion, sliced
20g carrot, shredded

30g flour
60ml water
Salt, to taste
1/2 beaten egg
30g corn starch
Chili Dashi Soy Sauce, as needed
Sesame oil, as needed

Directions

Mix (A) and vegetables in a bowl.

Heat the sesame oil (about 2 tbsp) in a pan. Add the batter to the pan and spread evenly.

Cook both sides until golden brown and serve with Chili Dashi Soy Sauce.
