Chili Dashi Soy Sauce

Chili Dashi Soy Sauce is an amazing blend of brewed soy sauce, dashi, miso, doubanjiang and chilies. Get your taste buds ready for a wonderful kick of spice in your soy sauce.

Ingredients (2 servings)

100g any greens (komatsuna, spinach, watercress, chard, etc.)
50g carrots, shredded into 4cm/1.57in length
50g bean sprouts
2 tbsp Chili Dashi Soy Sauce
Roasted sesame seeds, as needed

Directions

Cut greens into 4cm/1.57in length, if necessary.

Put greens, carrots and bean sprouts in the microwave safe dish. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and cook for few minutes. Once cooled, squeeze off excess water.

Mix (2) and Chili Dashi Soy Sauce in a bowl.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds.
