Soup Base
Soup Base is a dilute-type multi-purpose seasoning blended with carefully selected ingredients and our authentic brewed soy sauce. Enjoy a balanced flavor without any additives. Use as kake (pouring over) sauce or dipping sauce for soba and udon noodles.
Boil the Somen noodles, release in cold water after it is cooked, drain the water and place in a serving dish.
Pour the dipping soup sauce A in a cup and serve.
