Soup Base is a dilute-type multi-purpose seasoning blended with carefully selected ingredients and our authentic brewed soy sauce. Enjoy a balanced flavor without any additives. Use as kake (pouring over) sauce or dipping sauce for soba and udon noodles.

Ingredients (1 servings)

1 egg, beaten
A
50ml Soup Base
250ml water
Ground black pepper, a small amount
Chopped scallions, as needed

Directions

Bring (A) to a boil in a pot. Pour in the egg while stirring the soup slowly. Once cooked, remove from heat and season with black pepper.

Serve hot, garnished with scallions.
