Soup Base
Soup Base is a dilute-type multi-purpose seasoning blended with carefully selected ingredients and our authentic brewed soy sauce. Enjoy a balanced flavor without any additives. Use as kake (pouring over) sauce or dipping sauce for soba and udon noodles.
Heat up Soup Base and water in a pot.
Pour (2) over the hot noodles. Garnish with scallions and kamaboko slices, if desired.
