Soup Base is a dilute-type multi-purpose seasoning blended with carefully selected ingredients and our authentic brewed soy sauce. Enjoy a balanced flavor without any additives. Use as kake (pouring over) sauce or dipping sauce for soba and udon noodles.
Place the cold noodles in a serving dish. Pour the dipping soup sauce in a cup and serve.
