Nizakana Soy Sauce
We developed Nizakana Soy Sauce to easily create a perfect Nizakana (Japanese home-style simmered fish) at home.
Make soft-boiled eggs. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of iced water.
Peel the shells.
Put Nizakana Soy Sauce in a tall air-tight container. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
