Nizakana Soy Sauce
We developed Nizakana Soy Sauce to easily create a perfect Nizakana (Japanese home-style simmered fish) at home.
Pre-boil daikon pieces in the rice water until tender.
Bring (A) and ginger to a boil in a pot. Add squid rings. Once cooked, remove from the heat and set aside.
Add daikon in the pot Cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Return squid rings and bring to a boil.
