Nizakana Soy Sauce

We developed Nizakana Soy Sauce to easily create a perfect Nizakana (Japanese home-style simmered fish) at home.

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 servings cooked rice
200g sashimi-grade tuna slices
A
4 tbsp Nizakana Soy Sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Kaiware (stemmed), as needed
Chopped green onion, as needed
Dried seaweed, as needed
White sesame seeds, as needed

Directions

Marinate tuna slices in (A) and keep in the fridge for about 20 minutes or more.
(Add wasabi in the marinade for a kick of flavour)

Serve rice in a bowl and top with seaweed and (1). Garnish with green onions, kaiware and sesame seeds.
