Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce
This is a carefully blended soy sauce of local grated garlic, miso, ginger, spices, dried tuna extract and our authentic brewed soy sauce. The fine balance of flavors - sweet, umami, salty and spicy - will spark your appetite.
Cover with plastic wrap and heat them in the microwave for about 5 minutes until tender, or boil them for 10 minutes.
Grill in the hot pan for few minutes until golden brown on each side.
On low heat, repeat brushing Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce for few times while rolling the corns around.
