Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce

This is a carefully blended soy sauce of local grated garlic, miso, ginger, spices, dried tuna extract and our authentic brewed soy sauce. The fine balance of flavors - sweet, umami, salty and spicy - will spark your appetite.

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 steaks of your favorite cut, each about 150g/5oz
Salt, as needed
Ground black pepper, as needed
3 tbsp Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce
Oil, as needed

Directions

Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add and cook the steaks until the meat reaches desired doneness. Pour Garlic Dashi Say Sauce in the pan and coat the steaks with sauce.
