Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce

This is a carefully blended soy sauce of local grated garlic, miso, ginger, spices, dried tuna extract and our authentic brewed soy sauce. The fine balance of flavors - sweet, umami, salty and spicy - will spark your appetite.

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 servings cooked rice
50g sliced pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces
50g naganegi (Japanese leek), chopped
Chopped scallions, optional
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, as needed

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan. Stir-fry pork belly and naganegi. Season with salt and pepper.

Add egg to (1) and cook halfway. Then, add rice and cook for more, breaking up the rice. Add Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce and stir-fry for few more minutes.

Serve on a plate and top with scallions, if desired.
