Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce

This is a carefully blended soy sauce of local grated garlic, miso, ginger, spices, dried tuna extract and our authentic brewed soy sauce. The fine balance of flavors - sweet, umami, salty and spicy - will spark your appetite.

Ingredients (2 servings)

100g pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces
100g cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces
50g carrot, cut into small rectangles
50g onion, cut into wedges
100g bean sprouts
2 tbsp Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce
Vegetable oil, as needed

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan. Stir fry pork belly and all vegetables until tender. Add Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce and stir fry for more.
