Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce
This is a carefully blended soy sauce of local grated garlic, miso, ginger, spices, dried tuna extract and our authentic brewed soy sauce. The fine balance of flavors - sweet, umami, salty and spicy - will spark your appetite.
Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry sliced pork belly, cabbage and carrot until tender. Add udon noodles and stir-fry for more. Mix in Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce to the pan.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle chopped scallions and bonito flakes, if desired.
