Vegan Dashi Soy Sauce
Vegan Dashi Soy Sauce is a blend of our light-colored Usukuchi Soy Sauce, kombu, dried shiitake mushrooms and the stock made with 7-kinds of vegetables. Use straight to season any style dish or dilute it for soup.
Wrap the tofu with paper towels and place it on a plate. Put another plate on top and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Cook both side of tofu until golden.
Serve on a plate topped with scallions and seaweed. Drizzle Vegan Dashi Soy Sauce on top.
