Soy Sauce

Soy Sauce is made with whole soybeans and wheat grown in Japan using traditional brewing methods. This soy sauce gives a mellow and rich flavor to any style cuisine.

Ingredients (2 Servings)

200g chicken thigh
40g mizuna, roughly chopped
A
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sake
Roasted sesame seeds, optional
Vegetable oil, as needed

Directions

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

Chop mizuna (or any other greens such as lettuce or baby greens).

Heat the oil in a pan and cook (1) on both sides. When it is cooked through, wipe off excess oil in the pan. Add (A) continue cooking until the sauce thickens.

Serve (2) and (3) on a plate. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top (optional).
