Salmon Dashi Soy Sauce
We smoke the whole Hokkaido salmon in our Obihiro factory to add rich flavor. This soy sauce has a wonderful amount of umani and can be used for a wide range of dishes.
Marinate salmon slices and Salmon Dashi Soy Sauce in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Serve rice in 2 bowls and top with (1) and remaining marinade. Sprinkle scallions and sesame seeds, if desired.
