Salmon Dashi Soy Sauce

We smoke the whole Hokkaido salmon in our Obihiro factory to add rich flavor. This soy sauce has a wonderful amount of umani and can be used for a wide range of dishes.

Ingredients (2 servings)

150g pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces
200g daikon
2 boiled eggs, peeled

2 tbsp Salmon Dashi Soy Sauce
150ml water
Green onion, cut diagonally, optional
Vegetable oil, as needed
