Salmon Dashi Soy Sauce

Salmon Dashi Soy Sauce

We smoke the whole Hokkaido salmon in our Obihiro factory to add rich flavor. This soy sauce has a wonderful amount of umani and can be used for a wide range of dishes.

Ingredients (2 Servings)

150g potato, diced
50g carrot, diced
50g onion, sliced
75g broccoli, cut into small florets
200g salmon, cut into few pieces
Salmon Dashi Soy Sauce, as needed
Vegetable oil, as needed

Directions

Place potatoes and carrots in a microwave-safe dish, cover and cook in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Add onions and broccoli in the same dish, cover and cook until tender for about 3 more minutes.

Heat the oil in the pan and cook salmon on both sides. Add (1) and cook until browned.

Serve on a plate and drizzle with Salmon Dashi Soy Sauce.
