Dashi Ponzu Soy Sauce
This is a Ponzu Soy Sauce blended with dashi. Subtle tartness and umami from dashi matches well with meat dishes, hot pot, gyoza and grilled fish.
Rinse the sliced onions in the water and drain.
Cut cucumber, yellow pepper and shiso into long thin strips.
Deseed and chop the chili pepper.
Heat up the fried chicken in the microwave.
Mix everything and Dashi Ponzu Soy Sauce in a bowl.
